Took this out for a dark evening walk in the rain, and the reflective strip really does its job—cars slowed down well before they got close. The leash feels sturdy but light in hand, and it's just a basic no-frills lead, which is exactly what I wanted for daily use.
The reflective strip on this leash catches car headlights from a good distance, so evening walks feel much safer now. My dog doesn’t seem bothered by the material at all, and it’s held up fine through a few rainy days.
